A Solyte midsole together with a generous rearfoot GEL unit and a forefoot Twist GEL unit assists in the dampening of impact forces during running. This model includes even more ASICS high end technologies such as full length SpEVA 45 lasting, new PHF, Guidance Trusstic and a new blown rubber forefoot outsole for a plush under foot feel.

  • AHAR Ride+ is an advanced outsole material with virtually the same lightness and grip properties as ASICS’ conventional rubber, with the advantage of being three times more durable.

  • Longitudinal groove that decouples tooling along the line of progression for enhanced gait efficiency

  • Midsole material, lighter than ASICS standard EVA and SpEVA + improve cushioning & durability

  • Employs 45 degree hardness Solyte Lasting material for soft platform feel

Pronation Suitability

Neutral - Neutral

  1. Under
  2. Neutral
  3. Over
  4. Severe

Pronation is how a runner's foot rolls laterally between footfall and toe-off. Underpronation is when the foot rolls outwards, overpronation is when it rolls inwards, and a neutral pattern is when little rolling occurs.

Matching a shoe's properties with the runner's running style will increase comfort, running efficiency, and contribute to decreasing the risk of injury.
