A light weight and suportive racing shoe designed for triathlon. The wet grip pads on the tongue and heel are particularly good for slipping on the shoes quickly at transition. And the colours aren't bad either!

The bright and flashy design is destined to turn heads especially with the introduction of new glow in the dark tiger stripes! Don’t be distracted by the vivid intensity of the upper though, because technically, this is a full tilt racing shoe of the highest pedigree. The GEL-Noosa Tri has returned to its heritage and shares a midsole/outsole with the DS Trainer. Considering the supreme popularity and performance within the triathlon community, using

the DS Trainer tooling was a natural progression for the GEL-Noosa Tri 5.

The ASICS GEL System is probably the most famous of all our innovations. To bring about the highest possible shock absorbing effect, the GEL-units are strategically placed in the midsole of the shoe. For the ASICS GEL cushioning system various materials are used. Depending on its function, the GEL-unit contains a siliconebased porous foam, a silicone GEL or a semi-solid silicone substance encapsulated in polyurethane. The shape of the units are also precisely designed to the specific function and position.
