Introducing ASICS InnerMuscle - An all new and very unique range of performance sportswear. These garments have been developed to actively engage and train your body’s inner muscles. Well trained inner muscles release power and athletic performance through improved posture, core stability and maximum efficiency.

THE TOP
The ASICS InnerMuscle top stabilises scapula movement, provides higher upper arm lift and, due to improved posture, sees an increase in breathing volume and oxygen intake efficiency. The top
has a Diamond Back Structure built into the upper back which is made of a tighter two-layer system. This pulls the shoulder blades subtly together, straightening the spine and enhancing posture.

THE TIGHT
The ASICS InnerMuscle tight helps to improve spine shape, lengthen stride, increase ease of movement and effectively train the Psoas Magnus muscle - a key linking muscle between the lower and upper body. The key element in the tight is the ‘H’ Panel located on the rear pelvic area. This contributes to greater joint stability and increased efficiency in movement of the lower limbs.

HOW IT WORKS
The inner muscles in our body are hidden deep within the muscular-skeletal system and have the crucial role of stabilising the joints between the upper and lower body. Well-trained and developed inner muscles provide support of the spine and the shoulders, and also improve core stability, posture and leg balance. This can result in smoother, stronger body movements that will in turn increase athletic performance through better technique.

CORE STABILITY Core stability is crucial for effective sports performance and also staying injury free. The deep rooted muscles of the trunk, pelvis, hips and abdomen, along with the smaller muscles located along the spinal column, all work together to hold the body in correct alignment and posture.
