LAWN BOWLS

First of all you will notice there are 2 options - one for men and one for women. This all new bowls shoe is noticeably more comfortable than other offerings in the market place.

We have used a lower density SpEVA Midsole here as there are minimal levels of impact involved with lawn bowls. This is then supported with full SpEVA 55 lasting and a softer than normal density moulded sockliner.

All this adds up to a support and comfort factor that is outstanding and a shoe that can be worn for long periods of time.

The outsole is a very unique ASICS rubber compound. Although completely smooth, this has a ‘tacky’ feel to it on more hard surfaces, so slippage is reduced. The outsole is also rounded on the edge to protect the playing surface as required by Bowls regulations Although there is an arch shape this too has been rounded to cause no damage to the greens - again approved by Bowls Australia.

The upper is soft supple synthetic leather with the iconic ASICS tiger stripes. It gives a fresh and exciting option to bowlers. To complete the upper, a super soft lining material is used.

We have used a slightly wider last fits so it suits the Oceania population who tend to have wider feet. The game of lawn bowls is somewhat iconic in the Oceanic regions. ASICS are very proud to finally offer players of this much loved sport a very comfortable, supportive and well priced product for them to consider for their favorite pastime.
